After collected data and attributed evaluation the ExPerO Excel sheet permits You to highlight the strengths and the weak points.

After the data elaboration You will be able to see some red, yellow, white and green cells.

The green cells are the ones in which the HTE course obtain an excellent level
The white cells are the ones in which You are not called to improve (because they obtained good evaluation and/or the stakeholder weight is not high).
The yellow cells indicate the indicators in which You need to improve, even not urgently.
The red cells are the ones that require an immediate improvement because they obtained low scores and the stakeholder is important.

With a simple click on the cell You can directly access to the Database of Managing Divergences in which some best practices and school strategies are indicated.

In the second sheet (MODEL) You can also see the ExPerO model visualisation with Your final scores.

Please save the ExPerO Excel sheet in a folder of your computer before use it.
