In the Is Area You are called to collect data about SR- Satisfaction of Results and QR-PER- Perceptions about Quality of the Result. There is also another indicator in this area that is QC – Quality of Competencies. It can refer mainly to votes although each HTE can also choose another way to consider it (there are also other in developing EU projects that mainly consider how to measure the Quality of the Competencies).

In the following section You can find the tools that permit You to collect these data. Most of them are semi-structured interviews. Guidelines for interview are available as in the Should Area. Ministerial and EC indicators chosen in the Should Area need now to be monitored and checked.
